TRY MAKING YOUR OWN VERY HEALTHY SMOOTHIE!!
In a blender or juicer, mix together:
1 banana
1-2 cups chopped raw kale
1/2 cup shredded raw carrots
1 cup blueberries
1-2 cups low-fat or 0 fat milk
(or 1-2 cups almond milk/ sweetened or unsweetened)
(or 1-2 cups soy milk/ plain or vanilla)
1-2 cups mango juice
2 tablespoons vanilla whey
1-2 tablespoons honey
